Join us on Sunday, July 19 for a free event with the author and illustrator of a newly published children’s book.

The Iranian diaspora has carried a heavy weight recently, and it is easy to forget that our children see, feel, and absorb that anxiety and restlessness right alongside us. Let’s take a moment to step away from the noise, come together as a community, and create a safe, joyful space for our little ones.

​We are thrilled to welcome two incredible creators who will be hosting a live reading of their wonderful new book:

​Nazanin Agange Ford – Author of My America Blooms

​Fateme Mokhles – Celebrated children's book illustrator of My America Blooms and Rostam's Picture-Day Pusteen

​Activities: Interactive book reading, art-making, singing, and movement games. This event will be in English and there will be books for purchase and signing.  Children and adults all welcome! We can't wait to see you and your family there!
